Forgot my charger at home for genesis ai, gone for 3 weeks. Can I get a replacement charger? Amazon has one called premium standard and wonder if that will work?

I am on my second pair. The first pair would not hold a program and would screech. They were tuned 4 times in a 3 month time, but each time after a few days they regressed to the way they were before being tuned. The top of the line model wont pair with me android phone. My 5 year old devices paired. It is my second week and still unable to hear people talk in a group. I will continue using it on factory settings. another week to see if I need to adjust.

Recent (Poor) customer service

I have been a loyal Starkey customer via its All American Hearing supplier (Clackamas, Oregon) for over 10 years but will NOT use their services ever again due to their new drastic reduction in customer services. Their previous ( full and cordial), customer service first policy has been replaced by a 'hard sell new replacement aid approach' and charge outlandish fees for all basic adjustments after the new aids go out of warranty in three years. Nothing works as I thought were supposed to

Right now the word normal keeps going back forth between my hearing aids for over a hr. I can stop it by removing the battery, but I'm curious how long this will go on. Sometimes it will keep repeating all the applications in order. The sound adjustment buttons don't work, and I have to listen at the same volume most of the time. I usually get 1 or 3 beeps when trying to make an adjustment. Bluetooth only works on occasion, and it just pops on whenever. I turn it on but cant make it work most of the time when I need it! Wish I had checked Consumer Reports before I purchased from Starkey! I

Strive app just does not work. Won’t connect to new apple phone.

Very bad app. You would think they would improve it but still doesn’t work after numerous updates.

HEARING AIDS NOT WORKING JUST MONTHS AFTER EXPIRED WARRANTY

My left hearing aid had to be sent out 2 times to be repaired and then right before the warranty expired they replaced the circuit board but rescinded an extended warranty offer. Then just 2 months later the right hearing aid quit working. I was told it would be $275 to repair. I am suffering hard times because of COVID-19 and can't afford that. Now the left one that was basically replaced is not working on and off. I contacted customer service via email through a link on-line support gave me and they didn't even bother to respond. I am highly irritated considering the amount of money I spent on them and no help from Starkey! Buyer beware

I have bought at least three sets of Starkey hearing aid from your Clackamas, OR office in the last 10 years. Always had good service options from three prior specialists I worked with until now. Went in to get a small plastic mold pull replaced yesterday an was told by Robert Gaustad that because my aids were older that Starkey would NO longer service them and the little plastic wire would cost $299! If this is your new service policy, I will be changing companies/brands! I don't do business with boiler room sales pressure organizations!

Ive had my hearing aids for three years Ive had to send them back approximately 12×13 times for repairs and they come back the same way as if the warranty is up nobody wants to talk to me Put a hearing aids at Port Charlotte Florida Charlotte County hearing aids the owner is Theresa Stephens nobody wants to do nothing

I purchased a pair of hearing aids about 2 years ago, shortly after i had them they would go up and down on volume

My complaint is. the volume goes up and down on its own, one finally quit, the other is trying to quit. I had them to where i bought them, he did something and the worked for a few days, took them back and he said he sent them to the factory, i do not believe this as they were only gone a couple of days, they worked again for a few days and then started the same thing. /took the back and he said the warranty was out, and to re-instate it would be 500.00 Why would i spend more money for something that has been UN-satisfactory . Hearing aid repair

end of hearing aid broke sent out for repair after 2week wait called for update said company misplaced aid and was in process of trying to find it .. then telling me that the aids being 5 years old they would have to order part for it your company made the hearing aid why would you not have parts in stock seems like someone messed up and trying to cover there butt lousy customer service will not buy my new hearing aids from this company or recommend 6/15/2020 still have not received my aid....

I own the Ouix hearing aids, worked great. I was so pleased I purchased the Halo 2 3 yes ago. They connects to my IPhone. They are remarkable. I can listen to my music, listen to UTube, and listen to my phone calls. You must care for your hearing aids. When my stop working its because there is ear wax in the receiver. Once I clear the wax out, the hearing aid works again.
